    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@pulsegear.shop with your order number and reason. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund.
  • Free Standard Shipping:
    We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.

Shipping Timeline

Your order will typically be delivered within 7–15 business days from the date of purchase. The delivery timeframe is divided into:

  1. Processing Time: 1–3 business days (after payment confirmation)
  2. Shipping Time: 6–12 business days (depending on your location)

Note: During holidays, promotions, or peak sales periods, processing or shipping times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Details

  • Please ensure all shipping details (address, phone number, zip code) are accurate when placing your order.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and refunds will not be issued.
  • In case of returned packages due to incorrect address, reshipping is available at the customer’s expense.
  • Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability in our warehouses.

Customs & Import Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • PulseGear does not reimburse customs duties or taxes. If the package is rejected due to unpaid fees, refunds will not be granted.
