At PulseGear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, email us at contact@pulsegear.shop with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All original tags and labels must be intact.
- Items must be in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos or videos as evidence, and we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are only available for the same product (e.g., different size or color) if stock is available.
- If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover shipping. Otherwise, you are responsible for both return and reshipping costs.
